The activities that are not permitted on our hosting, websites and infrastructure, and how we respond to suspected violations.
This document describes our subscription-based services. Company-specific details appear as bracketed placeholders and are completed before publication. This content is a commercial starting point and should be reviewed by a qualified attorney.

You may not use the services, or permit anyone else to use them, for:
- Illegal activity of any kind, or content that facilitates it

3. Resource Use
Hosting resources are provided for the normal operation of the website associated with your plan. Where usage materially exceeds the resources allocated to your plan, we may contact you to discuss an upgrade, apply reasonable technical limits, or, where necessary, restrict the activity causing the impact.
4. Investigation and Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, including reviewing relevant logs and content to the extent reasonably necessary and permitted by law.
Depending on severity, we may request that you remedy the issue, restrict a feature, suspend affected services, remove or disable specific content, or terminate services. Where commercially reasonable we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy first.
We may also report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities and cooperate with lawful requests.
5. Emergency and Security Exceptions
Where there is an active security threat, ongoing illegal activity, a legal or regulatory requirement, a risk to third parties, or a serious risk to infrastructure or other customers, we may act immediately and without prior notice to suspend or restrict access, and will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable.
6. Reporting Abuse
To report suspected abuse of our services, contact [SUPPORT EMAIL] with details including the URL concerned, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. Copyright complaints should follow the process in the Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our services, providers and legal obligations evolve. The "Last Updated" date shows the current version.
